Went into the store and filled out an application on their electronic screen. Told that interviews are happening on certain afternoons of the week, had the option to go to anyone of them. It was a group interview with less than 10 people.

Describe a time where there has been a conflict at your previous workplace, what happened and how you dealt with it.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
