The interview process was very thorough. I had to submit and resume, then I was asked to upload a quick one minute video (I think to visually assess the candidate), and then I had two skype interviews. Then I was invited to the Home Office for the final round of interviews. I was introduced to a "mentor" before arriving, and the Home Office interview was two days. We were interviewed for four hours after the long two days. I thought I was being interviewed to be a navy seal or something haha. The interview process was definitely grueling but it seemed like a great place to work.

Interview
It was a video interview. You aren't allowed to redo questions. It's short, simple questions so definitely prepare and leverage the time you have. I didn't love it but there's probably a lot of interviews to weed through so I understand.
