I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Sterling, VA) in Oct 2012
Interview
One-on-one, sit down interview with store manager. Asked sever personality questions and some previous work experience. Overall, relaxed feeling where the manager was friendly and encouraging. Interview lasted about 15 minutes and was told that I would be offered the position at the end. They basically just want outgoing, well-kepmt individuals to maintain the store and promote the brand. Would recommend to anyone interested in a part time job with flexible hours and plenty of opportunities to be social

Question 1
How would you describe the A&F brand in as few words as possible?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
