The interview process was smooth and clear. The point of contact was responsive, and the overall timeline was quite fast, about one month for a three-step process.
The interviews were enjoyable, with the interviewer who was open to answering questions and explained the role expectations and company culture clearly.

Straightforward, genuine interview with members of their marketing team. Easy questions and seemed like a really lovely company, i sent my cv in and only had first stage interview happen

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abel & Cole (Wimbledon, England) in May 2024
Interview
It was an hour long approx. First a general chat, with two Customer Service Managers, and 10 work related questions. Followed by a quick test. This entailed replying to two customer complaint emails.
