There was one phone screen and a full day of on-site interviews. It was extremely relaxed and you could tell that the hiring manager truly cared about my prior experience. I felt valued even before I received an offer!

Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a colleague, and how did you resolve it?
It was a really good format with two separate panel interviews with three people each from the department and one interview with the department Director whom I would be reporting to.
