Interview
It took a long time to respond if at all. They're so busy that I constantly had to follow up if they were even interested. The first call was with the HR recruiter describing and confirming the job description details. Then to schedule/get in touch with the manager for the role. I thought it went well but overall it was a positive standard, superficial Teams meeting. The manager seemed stressed, out of time but happy to answer my questions. Manger explained how busy the role would be. It felt like we hit it off but was not asked for another round of interviews.

First stage is a phone interview with the HR. The second stage is a teams interview with the hiring manager as well once you get through the first stage with the typical question and answer format for both before the next stage.

I got ghosted after a call with the recruiter, no email or anything. Then the recruiter called me back 3 weeks later asking me the same questions I already answered. Told him I was not interested in moving forward.
