Interview
I had an online interview. After 2 minutes of conversation, I already knew that I didn't want to work with this person at all. The least professional recruiter I have ever met. The tone was macho, and very aggressive. He gave me his opinion about my personal life after introducing myself. Then he decided that it was a good idea to tell me everything he had done to get to where he was, as if to make me understand that I was poorly prepared. My question is, why did this person even call me? I found it very unpleasant and it certainly took me away from any contact with this company in the future.

Interview
I had a phone interview with the HR recruiter. It was an introductory conversation that flowed well. The recruiter knew about me and was friendly. I did not move on to the next step.
Initial stage was a video interview where you can't even interact with someone. It's recorded. If you can't give qualified candidates the time and energy of even a phone call, why should they invest in you. Especially when your employees have to work 100 in office. It seems like you're cutting yourself off at the knees.

Interview
Really nice and smooth interview process. The hiring manager quickly explained everything and was very attentive. I really appreciated when I was extended an offer. I will definitely implement the hiring process starting from the interview into my own recruiting style.
