HR round - good quick scan and on spot feedback
Technical interview - abbot ask one of external interview specialist to take this interview. Very good interview and very good feedback. He gave me amazing feedback for my versatility and my knowledge about building e-commerce applications.
Final interview with HR and Director leadings program.
I was bit struggling with my Microsoft team and my camera Was not at all good. Interview question was very generic and I think it was very positive feedback too. Interviewer gave me hint how to prepare for next stage.
Christmas time - it was expected that no feedback will come.
Immediately after new year - recruitment lead was moving and very generously send me an email updating who will be my new recruitment partner.
Couple of days later - auto email. Position is closed đ
Very first thing I must say to HR that if someone spend 4 hours in your process. Donât send auto emails but pick a phone and update in person. While I initiated conversation with HR I got to know guys need more e-commerce than generic PM skills.
Frustrating part was - did you asked single questions in final round for e-commerce? I already proven my e-commerce capability in 2nd technical round and thatâs a reason I was pushed to final round. Please be transparent and true about feedback and donât waste time.
