Fairly simple process--an on-campus job fair and interview, followed by an on-site round of interviews. I was under a time crunch with another job offer and AbbVie was able to get back to me very quickly. Throughout the entire process, everyone I talked to was helpful, friendly and professional while also asking good questions of me. The interviews are pretty much entirely behavioral, so be passionate about why you want to work there and good luck.
