Aardvark Mobile Tours interview questions

I applied online and interviewed Friday 10/17 with Stacy. Nothing major, general interview questions. She's nice but once we got to the salary topic it went left and I say that because she told me she would have to ask HR what their budget was for the role? I thought that was a bit weird only because in the past when I hired I was told what the budget was and where to try and get them to settle upon. Things are different for ever company I guess but it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything. I figured I wouldn't hear back that same day because right after we finished the conversation they reposted the job on linkedin for more fresh eyes. Which told me all I needed to know. Update-( and because of this review I was rejected, or maybe that was the excuse to reject )

Applied through their site and got an email to set up an interview within a few days, asked typical, general interview questions. Things went positively and I received an update that they would follow up by the end of the week. A few days later, I received an email stating, "due to reevaluation of our needs, the position is no longer listed/available". Understandable. However, a few days later, I noticed on LinkedIn they posted the SAME position, with the SAME duties, but instead of "manager" they changed to "coordinator". (???) During the interview, I had also asked for an overview of their hiring process, and it seemed way too lengthy for this role. Overall experience shows a lack of organization in their hiring process and leaves a weird impression for recruiting talent.
