Applied through their site and got an email to set up an interview within a few days, asked typical, general interview questions. Things went positively and I received an update that they would follow up by the end of the week. A few days later, I received an email stating, "due to reevaluation of our needs, the position is no longer listed/available". Understandable. However, a few days later, I noticed on LinkedIn they posted the SAME position, with the SAME duties, but instead of "manager" they changed to "coordinator". (???) During the interview, I had also asked for an overview of their hiring process, and it seemed way too lengthy for this role. Overall experience shows a lack of organization in their hiring process and leaves a weird impression for recruiting talent.
