The interviewer was very nice and chill. They asked about my knowledge on the LA olympics and understanding of the PM role. I would suggest definitely look into what AXS has been doing regarding the olympics and paralympics.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AXS (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Only made it through the first round. The HR rep I met with was very kind. Didn't get the job and they said they would let me know by the end of the week but emailed me three months later.
First interview was a convo with a manager. Went well. The second interview was phrased as another convo but with an additional manager, but was actually a code interview. I was caught off guard, though I shouldn't have been, and performed very poorly due to nerves and anxiety. I actually think I would have been great in the position — I am literally built for that specific job — but I was unable to show my best self in that environment. I am disappointed in myself, but am glad to have had the opportunity.
