Interview
Very long-winded process, with poor communication from the employer between each stage. Started off with a group session/presentation, followed by a 1-1. This was then accompanied by a short video with answers to a few questions.

The interview process from the beginning, they did not make you feel as comfortable as they probably thought.
Throughout the whole interview they only spoke about themselves and didn’t show any interest in the “guest” which they like to nickname as workers.
The one to one interview at the end left me feeling very anxious and uncomfortable and there was more abrupt and passive aggressive questions than anything else.
