      People Team Graduate Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AVEVA (Houston, TX) in Apr 2025

      Interview

I had a phone screening that was about 30 mins. A couple weeks later, they wanted to meet for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted about 3 hours. The first hour I had a tour of the office. The rest of the time, I spent meeting with three different stakeholders. The third person I was supposed to meet with, was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances so I met with someone else on the team. Overall, they were friendly and I did learn more about the company. One of my interviews felt very rigid and robotic, but thats why I assume they had me meet with multiple people at the company.
