Was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the company. She was very accommodating of my current work schedule. She was very friendly, had a lot of information about the position and asked a lot of great questions that helped me to identify if I was well suited for the position. We agreed to schedule a skype interview the following week. I met with her and the HR manager via Skype. The interview was pleasant. Both were friendly, patient, and seemed very capable. Lasted about 30 minutes. They asked great questions and listened intently to my answers, took lots of notes. They had my resume in front of them for reference and asked questions that pertained directly to my past experiences listed on my resume. After this interview, the Talent Acquisition Specialist contacted me again to let me know they wanted to schedule an in-person interview with the project manager at the office. It was schedule for a few days later. I received an email with all of the pertinent information for the interview. I felt very well informed throughout the entire process. I met with the project manager. He was very friendly, spent about 30 minutes or so going over my personal work experience and how that may relate to what they do at Avcon. I felt very comfortable, and the meeting was very casual and friendly. I was contacted again about a week later and asked to come back in for a second face-to-face, this time with the rest of the team I would be working with. Basically the same process as the first, very casual and friendly. We talked about expectations, software used, experience with different aspects of the job, etc. Spent about 30-40 minutes in the interview. Received a call early the following week that the company wanted to make me an offer. Received the actual offer letter at the end of that week. Accepted and was given all information needed to proceed with drug testing and background check. I was very happy with the entire process. Everyone was very communicative, personable, friendly, and kind.
