The use an automated tool to check your technical knowledge. I mean, literally you have to choose between correct/incorrect choices, this kind of question tend to be tricky. Also, you have to enable your camera and microphone, what the heck??? :S.
I just stopped the evaluation because I felt really stress with this kind of process.

First talk with HR was ok.
Tech interview was very weird. They are focused on asking questions from AWS documentation, so you either hit or miss. I didn't expect someone still does that
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AUTO1 Group in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn. HR interview conducted through Google Meet. Asked basic questions along with some technical questions. It was good. Then I got an email with a link for the technical assessment. It had many sections and I felt some are not relevant to this position like Security(this is not a DevSecOps role!) and Behavioral questions(Irrelevant for technical round). Also, there was an AWS round with too little time to read the question and options! Then I got a result in a couple of days with a Rejection. But I appreciate the team for faster processing which saved my time. Good luck AUTO1!
