Smooth clear and fast. I went through 3 classic steps.
1 - HR, background check, PM knowledge, past experiences, salary expectations.
2 - Interview with a Senior PM, brain teaser, past experience and choices in specific situations related to these experiences.
3 - Interview with the Product director on my motivations and goals.

Why did you decide to stop your personal project and apply to Auto1 group.
I interviewed with recruiter online and after that didn't hear back from them. I followed up 2 times but they didn't respond! It's the second time i had interview with them that they didn't answer. It's not respectful!

telefonisches erstgespräch, sehr freundlich
1. kurze einführung in die stellenbeschreibung
2. persönliche vorstellung,
3. stellenspezifische fragen
4. zeit für meine fragen
nette TA person, die interessiert schien mich kennenzulernen, und offen für weitere fragen war.
etwas komisch, dass es nur ein telefonat (und kein videogespräch war)

What experience do you have with data-driven project management?
Interview with someone from HR that even read my CV before, really bad start, very unprofessional, then asked about if i had done some courses and one kind of example, the first thing that caught my attention was that the position was offered remote, but in the interview suddenly was hybrid, what you can expect from a company that start lying from the begging, just a cheap technique from Auto1 to offer positions as remote to get many applicants and show In LinkedIn as demanded, when the remote position is a lie.
