Pretty poor experience. I made a 240 mile round trip prepared for an interview which I had been briefed to expect to last for 2 hours plus. I had an interview panel comprising the HR Director and the soon to emigrate IT Head. Total time on site from hand brake on to hand brake off was 27 minutes. HR Director came across as disinterested in the process, and I had the feeling that I was being an inconvenience in her day. As a well qualified candidate with over 25 years of successful international IT leadership to my credit, I could not understand the approach, attitude, or lack of courtesy. Quite insulting really.
