I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ATI Physical Therapy (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
2 interviews. First with HR, second with manager. HR gave company background info and global values; manager discussed clinic and region specifics/needs. Manager was unable to pinpoint clinic in interview, but the offer was more specific.
It was casual talk, the interviewer made me feel comfortable and was able to answer each of my questions. It didn't lasted for so long and the person made sure that I would be able to explain myself clearly
