I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ATI Physical Therapy (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Do you know how to fold towels? The first interview was done by someone in the corporate office in Chicago, then 1:1 interview. The interview lasted one day and I was offered the job the same day. I thought I would be exercising with patients, but little did I know, I turned into a fancy name for a janitor.

Interview
Very poor interview. Scott didn't really seem focused and looked like he was in a rush. They go over what ATI is all about and don't really focus on the actual person being interviewed. When I mentioned the salary I was looking for he did not look happy.

Interview
First phone which took about 20 minutes just asking basic questions and mentioning ATI's background, then face to face. I haven't gone through with the face to face interview yet.

Interview
I applied online through the ATI website. The process was quick and painless. I received an email from an HR representative to set up a phone interview. The HR rep hosted the phone interview with basic questions to see how I would fit with this position. When they were convinced I was a good fit for this role, they setup an in person interview with the regional director. This was done in clinic, followed by a tour of the clinic, and then I had the opportunity to spend about half an hour in the clinic with the PTs and patients to get a feel for the clinic. Later that evening, the HR rep called me with an offer.
