The interviewer was a very poor communicator. He did not respond appropriately to my responses and completely misinterpreted the information I had given him. He asked me what my availability was, and after I had provided him with it, he immediately refused to interview me, despite my willingness to negotiate to accommodate the specific job's requirements. Words of advice to the management team: please learn to fully listen carefully to what an interviewee is telling you before you make any assumption or conclusion about the information he/she is giving you. Due to your incompetence, you may have just cost me a valuable opportunity!
