First you will be pre-screened as a candidate with a phone interview with questions like why you want to join ASML, what interests you about the position, and how you heard about the position. Then you will be contacted to schedule a virtual interview where you may be asked coding/programming questions.

Tell us about a project you built from start to finish. What did you learn about the experience?
A video interview was sent out with basic behavioral questions followed by a single technical + behavioral interview round. Technical question are mostly based on the resume. You should have in-depth knowledge about the stuff mentioned on the resume.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASML (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2024

Super organized and clear process, but my interviewer was very confrontational. Disappointed since everyone else from ASML I'd encountered had been super friendly. I don't think I would interview with them again.
