I was initially screened by a very professional and accessible HR staff member. After verifying my initial skills and cultural fit I was passed along to the hiring manager and their team.

Applied online, a day later HR reached out to me to set up a phone interview. She was incredibly rude. she said they don't consider non tech industry experiences as actual experiences. That being said instead of 7 years of experiences they only consider I have 2 years of experiences. Then she expressed how concerning my resume was, then tried to sell me an entry level position. It was so bad and insulting that I have to tell her we can stop the interview process here, thanks for your time. Why bother to reach out if you just want to talk crap about my resume? Unprofessional, rude, arrogance.
