Long process of interviews. 2 with the Headhunter + phone interview with manager + site interviews. Also intelligence and personality test by an external company. Very friendly people, great company, very polite, amazing business results, proud and committed employees. I really enjoyed doing the interviews with them and would work for them if the process was not so long.
