I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ASML (Eindhoven) in Mar 2018
Interview
Basically questions about previous experiences, personal skills. A lot of "what would you do..." questions.
Generally the interview was very friendly, more like professional conversation between equal peoples. After interview I have been told that it's gonna take 1-2 weeks to get e-mail information whether I got this job or not. Three weeks have passed and I didn't get information. I only noticed on my candidate profile that my application was rejected. It is unfortunate how the candidates are treated - without respect for them and for the devoted time.

The interview overall very open and nice. Need to prepare general questions. How was your experience before? Interviewer were 3 and they introduce theirselves first, and then interviewee had to explain myself.
