Started off with positive and pleasant interview session with the interviewer. HR followed up few days later and informed that a decision will be made within 2 weeks once all candidates were interviewed. I was told I am positively KIV and offer will be made if other candidates cannot make it. However things changed afterwards. Most recent call with HR ended up with few more candidates will be interviewed and another 2 weeks needed. However, I followed up again 2 weeks later and this is when HR ghosting me even though I regularly follow up with emails. First interview on end May 22 and as of today there is still no final feedback from HR. A feedback from HR through email or automated application system reply is definitely appreciated regardless of interview outcome so that both parties can move on.
