ASIST Software Developer interview questions

Interviewers attempt to create an overview of the candidate's technological skills. A large part of the interview was spent talking about seemingly less meaningful topics to get a feel for the candidate's personality. If both are somewhat satisfactory, candidate seemed to get a job offer soon after.
