ASI Gymnastics interview questions

There were 3 interviews in total. Over the phone, Formal(just you and the general manager of that gym), and Floor Interview. The floor interview is the most important because you get to meet the other coaches and most importantly, the kids. After the floor interview, the general manager will ask the other coaches if they think the interview will be a good fit in the gym and if they will work well with the kids. The best advice I can give you is to be calm, interact with the kids A LOT, and ask as many questions as you want.
