The interview process was standard for this type of job. One on one general interview followed by a group task and then another one on one. Overall it went quite well and isn’t too challenging
Easy group interview and one short in person Interview. Easy questions. Good experience overall. I enjoyed the experience. group interview was to plan the Christmas party in groups. In person interview lasted 15 minuets

Interview
Play games based on shopping experiences and to see if you are a leader or follower. Put into teams and have to invent a product and advertise it through working together.
Group interview with sales task then a one on one interview with a section leader. Then had a walk around the store to show different sections. Very long process but not too difficult
