The questions were focused on determining your sales background, how personable you are, an communication skills. I was also asked about my experience and knowledge of music licensing, and I found it rather easy due to my degree in the music business.

Phone screen, then in-person interview. basic questions about why you want job, why ASCAP, etc. In-person interview was with two different groups of individuals in order for them to vet out who was right for the job

Phone screening with NY office and in person interview on location in specific city. In person interview lasted less than 5 minutes. The only place to grow is within sales and they panel seemed to write you off if you expressed interest in wanting to grow in other areas of the company.
