ASAPP interview questions

The process consisted on the following interviews: 1. HR Interview 2. Manager Interview 3. Business Case Interview 4. Values Interview 5. Second Manager Interview Preparing the case is the most time consuming part of the process. But overall, it was a fast, clear and transparent process.

En principio la entrevistadora fue muy positiva y quedamos en hacer una entrevista con el manager en EEUU. En la entrevista me preguntó preguntas ridiculamente generales y 0% tecnicas, del tipo "when was a time you went the extra mile" o "how do you deal with working with other teams". Al final le pregunté como me había ido y me dijo que bien, pero que mi experiencia "era un poco dispersa". Posteriormente me bajaron del proceso diciendo que mi experiencia no está 100% alineada con lo que buscan. ¿Cómo hicieron para detectar eso en base a las preguntas que me hicieron? No tengo la más pálida idea. Tenía 5 pestañas de proyectos directamente relacionados con la descripción laboral abiertos y no interesó demasiado.
