ASAM interview questions

It was my first professional job interview. They were focused on my capacity and communication skills. In my opinion, they give importance to the candidates to be able to work under stress and pressure.

There were three interviews on site. One from director, and two from partners. Conversational style. focus on personal experience, attidute and personality. They are finding someone with less commute and more time accessible.
