The HR consultant was professional and prepared, but the person currently holding the role I applied for led the interview and seemed disengaged and unprepared. This made the process feel less transparent and raised questions about the fairness of the hiring approach.
After the interview, despite following up multiple times for feedback, I received no constructive response, only a brief, cold email with no details. Overall, the experience left me feeling undervalued as a candidate and uncertain about the company's hiring practices.
