Interviewed with 5 different people, HR, Direct Report, and then three other people who would work with this position daily. They were spread out among 3 weeks and was a pretty quick process considering the fact that it was so many different conversations.

They asked me if I'd stay during difficult times since it's a startup.
I did the first interview, and overall, it was pretty conversational. They got to know a bit about me and what I enjoy in marketing as well as described the work that would be done.

Q: What is something you’ve done in marketing in your previous experiences that you’re proud of?
I applied through a friend and first received an informal interview a couple of days later with the assistant leaving. Then went to a more formal interview with the executive whose desk I will be covering. Turn around for interviews was fast.
