I completed the interview process in four stages. Each was a video call with a relevant manager or potential co-worker. The final interview was with all relevant parties that I had previously spoken to. They described their positions to me, how we would work together and what I would be expected to do. They informed me at the final stage that the choice had come down to me or another individual; the day after the interview, they informed me that they were not moving forward with me.
