Initial job posting was for a supervisor role. When I was contacted after applying I was informed that this position was being filled internally, but that there was another role that could be an option. After discussing with their HR recruiter I made an appointment for a second interview. When attending the second interview the hiring manager stuck to a questionnaire template and questions were all behavioral and very little notes were taken. I was advised I would have follow up the following week. I reached out because I saw a new role posted that seemed like it was higher up than what I applied for but was told they posted it with a different hiring title. At this time I was told that the hiring manager was still deciding on candidates which I thought was odd if they posted the role searching for more candidates. I was not offered the position despite having extensive experience in the industry and when asking for feedback was not provided any. The process from start to finish seemed unprofessional and disingenuous. It was a waste of time.
