Interview
Got a call from a recruiter out of the blue. No email inviting me to a call. The recruiter had the skills of a coral reef. He spoke softly, sighed a lot, and continually tried to get me to frame a conversation about sales into a tightly defined conversation. And more sighs. Said he'd call me back. Nothing. No response to my email. So this is perfect, and in line with the reviews here: not a place to work in 2018.

The old ones: went through my resume and asked what was written there. He had no background in sales, no background in hustle, communication, enterprise management, etc. Pretty old school and lame.
The interviewer was extremely out of touch he didn't know what an ISP was and continued to ask the same questions over and over. Learn to ask better questions or your not going to get talented people.
