Interview
Recruiter reached out and had a pleasant initial phone screen. Moved on to the first round video call which was non-technical and focused on general career and management experience This also seemed like it went well but then radio silence for several weeks. It took them 4 1/2 weeks to finally send a form letter rejection email.

At this stage it was a high level discussion about past experience including people management experiences.
We appreciate the feedback! Unfortunately, the responsibility to send a proper and timely response to this applicant fell through the cracks while we were going through a transition with our recruiting staff. We’re sorry this happened, and hold ourselves to higher standards in communicating with our job candidates moving forward.
