The interview was held over Teams. I applied over LinkedIn and then was contacted by the recruiter to secure an interview date. The interview was with the Operations Director and the Head of Member Events. The interview was straightforward, typical competency based questions and the opportunity to give examples. Both interviewers were friendly and open about what to expect from the role. I did have to chase the recruiter for feedback which was positive but they did decide to go for another candidate.
