Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a telephonic interview conducted by the HR Executive, followed by a virtual interview with the HR Manager. The final round was a face-to-face interview with one of the company partners. Each round focused on communication skills, basic HR understanding, and overall fit for the internship role. The process was well-structured and smooth.

Question 1
One of the key questions asked was to introduce myself and explain my interest in HR, along with why I wanted to join the internship.
The interview process was comprehensive which included introduction, technical questions, holistic interaction and also the expectations set out. Overall, it went for about 2.5 hours encompassing all aspects for the job role.

Interview
The interview as well as the onboarding process was very smooth. Everyone was kind and friendly. I first has a telephonic interview with the HR Head. Then an in-person interview with the partner to whom I'll be reporting. The HR executive was available the whole time to solve my doubts and answer any questions.
