Responded to online ad posted by recruiter. Job description was vague and had about 5 line items. Had initial call with recruiter and about 1-2 weeks later a phone conference with the business manager which didn't really ask anything about my qualifications but stated that I "needed to have the right personality". Asked to come in for interview within 24 hours and that interview had to be on the next Monday or Tuesday because of another person flying to the facility for something else, with the potential to start on Wednesday. Initial salary range was "X to Z" but then after the recruiter screen the salary in the email was "X - 10 to Z - 25". I emailed for correction and the recruiter emailed that the actual rate was "X - 5 to Z - 25". After the phone conference they identified that the position was a 1099. I declined their X salary rate and countered Z - 5 and they changed the salary range for the fourth time and said only X+10 because of the "quick time frame". This was really disorganized so I just declined to move forward. After I declined the salary and interview I received an email stating I was no longer allowed to apply for any positions through the staffing agency, the work facility, or the contractor of the work facility. Avoid!
