Interview
I applied for a traineeship position. I passed the first screening Standard assessment procedure - Gitp - that tests both your logical reasoning and your personality characteristics. I did not practice for the test before which I would recommend doing, considering the test itself is not that hard, but if you haven't done logical reasoning tests in a while you might need quite some time for some questions.
Lunch time interview - had casual conversation with the team head. Was asked to introduce myself, reasons for changing job, etc.
Was more like coffee chat than a formal interview. Freely talked about my current job/ work and what fit the company is looking for from candidates

Interview
Very efficient, received 1st & 2nd interview within two weeks after my application. The quality of both do the interview is decent and well prepared
