ANTAM Engineering Graduate Program interview questions

The ANTAM interview in RBB BUMN 2025 is part of the final stage after passing administrative, online tests (TKD, AKHLAK, English, Learning Agility), and announcements. Candidates undergo Technical Competency Test (TKB), Medical Check-Up, and interviews in June–July 2025. The interview usually combines technical and psychological assessments, focusing on knowledge of mining industry, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and alignment with ANTAM’s values (PIONEER and SENSE). Candidates are advised to study ANTAM’s vision-mission, understand technical concepts relevant to the applied role, demonstrate integrity and teamwork, prepare real examples of achievements, and show motivation and readiness for the company’s challenges.
