Friendly face to face interview following CV and cover letter application. I had a interview within 2 weeks of applying, and an offer the day after the face to face interview. Interview was conducted with the senior leadership team (CEO and COO) who were easy to talk to and passionate about what they do. Interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. Role was well defined.
