Disruptive setting of group interview, a bit all over the place, inadequately asked questions and many times different assessors skipped asking questions from myself and paid little attention to answers. I didn’t feel at a single point of tone as if there is any genuine interest to capture talent hunt. Later, they return with feedback mentioning I was the one distracted. Not sure if 2.5 hours worth second stage interview was worth all this time waste. Others either myself got similar feedback.Not a single discussion regarding salary. No role specific questions. Very much tell me about yourself and entry level customer service questions. They kept speaking more than asking anyone. I will not recommend to waste this much time.
