AML Oceanographic interview questions

pre screening first then in person interview about two hours. I felt that the interview questions were somewhat like a stress interview. They asked a lot about handling interpersonal relationships ,constantly pushing for specific answers. They seem very eager to find someone who fits their atmosphere, though it's unclear exactly what kind of atmosphere that is.

I was asked a bunch of question about my professional career and what my experience was on the platform I was interviewed for. As far as I can tell my answers were good and I could provided with clear example how I helped to improve the processes for a former employer. However, I was not seen as someone who will fit into their culture, whatever that is. Nothing good or bad about the company but just a weird interview process that made me feel a little ....
