This was a first interview, a video call with two guys. One struggled with holding any eye contact, coming across as quite abrasive. The interview took a full hour and I never heard back, which I find highly unprofessional and rude.

Straight forward, really nice, down to earth people. You meet some directors first then you meet your direct managers. The process was more to see if you would fit into the teams. The onboarding process is really nice too.
