The interview process at AMCS was well-structured and thorough. It began with an initial HR screening call to discuss my background and expectations. This was followed by a technical interview to assess my skills and problem-solving abilities. Afterwards, I had a round with the Head of Engineering, where we discussed the role in more detail and explored how I would contribute to the team. The final round was with the HR Business Partner, focusing on company culture, values, and any remaining questions. Throughout the process, the interviewers were friendly and professional, making the experience comfortable and informative.

Interview
The interview process was well organised and moved smoothly through three stages. It began with a short introductory phone call with a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, who provided a clear overview of the role, team structure, and the wider company.
This was followed by a 1 hour online interview with the Head of Legal and a Senior HR Business Partner. This stage focused on relevant experience, transferable skills and experience working with senior executives and stakeholders, as well leadership style.
The third stage was a 30 minute online interview with another member of the senior leadership team, which covered high‑level professional experience, strategic thinking, and motivations for wanting to join the company.
Overall, the process was professional, efficient, and transparent, with clear communication throughout.

This was followed by a 30‑minute online technical interview with the Development Manager and Technical Team Lead, which focused on practical technical discussion. After that, I had a 30‑minute on‑site interview with the Head of Engineering that gave good insight into the team and engineering culture. The process finished with a 30‑minute online interview with the HR Partner to cover values, expectations, and next steps. Overall, the experience was professional, efficient, and transparent.
