Started with a typical interview and then I had to pitch the AMC Rewards Program to the interviewer as if they were the customer. The interviewer was about twenty minutes late.

What was the grossest thing you’ve witnessed at a restaurant?
Friendly interview. Ask questions about how you would handle different customer service situations. 5-10 questions. Fairly simple. They let you know over the phone if you got the job or not.

I Was immediately offered an interview, Was asked general questions about how I make or break with a team and got the job 4 days later, it was very enjoyable!!!

The interviewer was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. They took their time and spoke with a friendly demeanor which I appreciated. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable the entire time.
