Called up for phone interview - passed easily since i don't do drugs, have tattoos and I have a face, 2 arms, 2 working legs and a pulse
Actual interview - it's a joke - very generic in which anyone with the attributes above can pass "you have a pulse" "yes" "great when can you start
Training was 3 days

Interview
Process took about 3 weeks, online application was reviewed and I got a call back within a week. After the phone screening, I was brought in for an in-person interview which lasted about 25mins with a super friendly manager who made clear the expectations of holiday and weekend availability requirements as well as a work ethic involving Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Quickness/Efficiency.
