After the initial phone screen to make sure I still wanted the job, it was really simple. She asked me a few questions about what qualities employees should have, and had me practice selling her a membership card.

Very relaxed and took place over the phone. Only spoke to one manager and they asked questions about me and my past experiences. Offered a position at the time of the interview.

Called me to interview over the phone. I was asked to come in for an interview which was perfect timing since I was going on summer break from college. Ended up being pretty swift and easy process. I was able to get hired and come back during college school breaks.
